Made-to-order refund policy.
Because many Marelio Studio items are made to order, paid orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded after payment capture.
Refund exceptions
A refund or replacement should be considered if fulfillment fails, the wrong item is shipped, or the item arrives materially defective.
Disputes
Payment providers can still review disputes even when a store says no refunds. Keep supplier proof, customer acknowledgements, tracking, and support messages organized.
